Harry Bascunan

Harry Bascunan was born in Chile and says "At the age of 9 I started singing in different public places. My mother taught me to dance and understand the tango from an early age. I also developed other folklore music from Latin America. The tango touched me deeply in my youth and from then on I have sung it with love and respect. I performed concerts in Chile and Argentina. After living in Argentina for some years I moved to Spain in the 1980s looking for other musical influences. I also performed in Spain. I live in England where I sing and compose songs with a Latin American repertoire. Now and again I perform in UK. At the moment I am working on my next album (Tango, folklore and Latin American) which will soon be released."
